Food stores, wellness retailers and food accounts have been posting about Cool Medjool's chocolate-covered dates. Here is what they said about four flavours, set against what actually goes into each one.

In late May 2026, a gourmet food store in Geelong West, Victoria, posted about the Coconut date on Instagram. @geelongfreshfoods sells fresh produce, deli items and hampers. Its account put the appeal plainly.

Cool Medjool describes the Coconut as a single Medjool date filled with creamed coconut, covered in date-sweetened dark chocolate and topped with desiccated coconut. Two days before that post, @thephysiofoodie_dani wrote about the same flavour on Instagram. The account belongs to a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne.
I love products that don't push restriction — just genuinely good ingredients that still feel indulgent.
That balance shows up in the ingredient list. Medjool dates, cacao paste, coconut butter, desiccated coconut, dehydrated dates and cacao butter, each one marked organic.
The hazelnut flavour drew a similar reaction. GoodnessMe, a health-food subscription box and online shop, shared its take with Cool Medjool in July 2026.
